Art Guidelines

We can work with many file types and are happy to accept any standard formats you have.

We recommend submitting packaged native design files when possible (Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.) or press quality PDFs. Some file types (such as JPEG, PNG, GIF) can lack essential data for high quality output. Our pre-press experts will assess all project files and notify you with any concerns prior to printing.

If you are submitting an image file such as a JPEG, PNG, GIF, or TIFF we recommend a high-resolution file, 300 pixels per inch (PPI) or higher to ensure clear and crisp reproduction. Files downloaded from the internet are low-resolution and should be avoided.

Additionally, print files created in popular applications like Microsoft Word, Publisher, and Excel must be saved as a PDF file to avoid issues with fonts and images. Learn how to create PDFs from your Microsoft Office files here.

Customer Review

Minute Man Press has been our go to for marketing material for over 2 years. They are quick and responsive to all of our requests. All material looks great and the price is fair. I would highly recommend them for all printed material.Jennifer B.
